Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

At INFRA Skills, we believe that our responsibility extends beyond our commitment to customers. We’re dedicated to playing a proactive role in society, empowering both individuals and industries.

Engaging with Our Community

We actively engage with our clients, workers, and community members. Our aim is to leverage our expertise and experience to enhance Britain’s economic and social well-being.

Supporting the Armed Forces

Through the Armed Forces Covenant, INFRA Skills provides ex-Armed Forces personnel with the skills and qualifications they need for a successful transition into the infrastructure sector.

Community Initiatives

We’re passionate about giving back. Whether we’re cycling from London to Paris for fundraising or making direct donations, our goal is to make a positive impact.

Delivering a Legacy

In line with Network Rail’s commitment to ‘Putting People First’, we’re dedicated to addressing the skills shortage. Our Local Enterprise Partnerships involve collaborations with colleges, prisons, charities, and government departments. We aim to support those with disabilities and individuals facing employment challenges.

Promoting Women in Rail

Aligned with Network Rail’s goal to increase female employment by 50%, INFRA Skills has crafted courses tailored for women. We’re proud members of the ‘Women in Rail’ committee, discussing strategies to boost female participation in the Rail sector. Our initiatives have contributed to a rise in female employees to 50%.
